We are pleased to announce that the next cohort of educators has been selected to attend the University of Alabama Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) program. These individuals will be completing coursework and are each required to complete 700 hours of direct intervention within their school systems.
Your support of the Scottish Rite Foundation enables this direct childhood intervention in our Alabama school systems. With this new addition to the program, we are up to 12 educators who are in the process and when completed, they will have 8,400 hours of direct intervention!
Mary – Florence Valley
 Natalie – Huntsville Valley
 Jennifer – Birmingham Valley
 April – Montgomery Valley
 Vironica – Mobile Valley
 Audrey – Dothan Valley
We are working on a process in the future for more direct involvement at the Valley level to select our educators and we will also work on setting up meet and greets so you can meet “your” teachers directly!
Thank you all for what you do to support our craft and philanthropy!
Fraternally,
Terry Wester, 33°
Deputy of the Supreme Council in Alabama
